I'm back, but it's now a whole new world!
A flash of creativity struck me moments ago, and I just felt like writing something. Instead of signing up for a new blog, I decided to resume writing here, and just like that, I'm back on my blog that I started way back in 2007.
Life has changed so much since 2007, and I find it hard to touch upon things that haven't. Perspectives have shifted, priorities have changed, and my bag full of life experiences has become so heavy now.
The Forum has been a profound experience and I'm still grappling with this new prism through which everything looks so different. I believe that I'm sleeping better as well, but it can just be the changing Bangalore weather. The crispiness has returned in full swing, even though it's just the start of November.
I'm still a trader after all these years, although a completely different one. Opening the windows of my mind has given me the opportunity to get off the high horse and be humbled by the newly discovered perspectives of the markets. Charting tools that were seemingly "unrequired" have become the mainstay now with a dash of innovation through learning from the knowledge and experience of others.
I have renewed my focus on my health which took a dive during 2019-2020, and making a diligent effort to regain lost ground.
I hope to start travelling again soon and explore new cuisines. An all Karnataka trip would be a great way to kick start this plan. A trip to Rajasthan will fill the void that existed since class 7, when a trip to that state was cancelled because of bad grades. Cancelling the trip didn't help with the grades though, but that's a different matter all together.
If I was in Srinagar (Hanumanthnagar) now, I would take a walk to Kaggi's Bakery. It's that kind of weather now, and I know now, how profoundly the weather affects me!
As parts make up the whole, and thus gives us "Integrity", it's good to keep the good bits and let go of the meaningless, mundane bits. I hope to write/blog more and be "out and about".
Today is also my "Second Birthday", my "Winter Birthday" because of the profound life experience I had back in 1998, as a 10 year old on this day. Ending this blog post on a high.. so long for now!
