Django Unchained and Twitter!
I watched Django Unchained today, and liked it. Watched parts of it before, but never really completed it. It had Qwentin Torantino hallmarked all over it. Blood, Gore, and large timelapses of nothingness. Yes, it was drudging at times, but the story-line prevented me from fast forwarding it. There was nothing nuanced in the film, and it was all about chivalry and gluttony, punctuated by human emotions and vendetta. It was a reasonable package, and it turned out to be a good, but tiresome watch. Characters are well defined, and equally well executed. Cristoph Waltz was my star pick of the movie, as he went about in the movie as Dr.Schultz, with an air of presumptiveness about him. I liked the movie but would not watch it twice.
I tweeted my last article to Alli Trippy and she replied back to me in about half an hour. It was very unexpected and almost surreal. It was also the first time that I had tweeted an article to someone. That just made my day yesterday, and I hurriedly woke up in the morning today to find out if there were any other replies, comments, or retweets. I logged into the Blogger dashboard, to be surprised by the number of people that had visited this blog and had read my blog post/article. The viewcount currently stands at 264, which is really astounding for one of my articles..
The rest of today was passe, and I took two pictures while waiting for dinner at Matru Sagar..
