Winter is here!
Winter has finally set in after much dilly dally....And I'm blogging here, in Bangalore, as I nurse a cold, that has made me quite weak, after a few days of running around in the sun. I have been very impatient in the past week. My father moved to Hosur, in Tamil Nadu, where he will be working.
I logged into my blog account after 3 months or so, and it's good to see that people from as far as Bahrain and Russia have visited my blog. For a guy who's been stuck for over a year now, its quite refreshing, in ways that only I know...I've taken to listening to piano music of late, and have looked into various piano maker's sites, to look at how much one really costs. Listening to piano music really brought back a million memories of my school days; of sitting around the grand piano, and singing carols and hymns, and also the time spent during legally bunking maths classes, when I would just sit back and listen to Hamish play "Ode to Joy".
It's winter, and it alone brings back splendid memories of my childhood in Calcutta, and the winter holidays, and the trips that I went on with my family. I really miss Calcutta sometimes, and want to go back as soon as possible, although I don't really know when I will get to go back.
Today my lunch comprised of pongal, tea, a paneer puff, and a bubblegum :) and I'm cooped up in my little apartment, listening to the cars going past in the road below, and thinking of how the next week may be. So long for now!
I'd like to post a video of Canon in C, which has been running on my mind all this week. This is a video of someone playing Pachelbel's famous composition. I do not own the rights to this video, and I declare that I have downloaded it from http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YYLnGzvVF6o. Enjoy
