Specifically, I'm aiming to completely stop accessing platforms like Instagram and YouTube for casual browsing. It's been an eye-opener to realize just how ingrained this habit has become – almost automatically, my fingers would open these apps, leading me down a rabbit hole of random content for what felt like an endless amount of time.
