Sept 30...
I'm back... and that's because I have some storytelling to do. Yesterday, Sept 30th was a very eventful day for me, and the rest of the country as well. I woke up to a power cut, the only thing, that It wasn't a power cut. The place that I live in, has no earthing, maybe because the brahmin chose to save money, rather than save himself from electric shocks. Due to the lack of earthing, and the enormous load that the lines had on them, the copper plate melted in the fuse box, and that resulted in power loss for 2 flats. I, was at my irritating best, running down almost every 10 minutes to check if the electrician had arrived or not. The power was back by 5:30 in the evening, and it's still here. All the voltage fluctuation, has had one casualty, that being my desktop's UPS, which has been going "tick""tick", all the time, trying to adjust the supply voltage.
